By using Creditlink or applying for any loan through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Role of Creditlink

Creditlink is not a lender. We act as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) and connect customers with registered Banks and NBFCs. All loan decisions (approval, rejection, interest rates, charges) are taken only by the lender.

3. Loan Application

  • You agree Creditlink and lending partners may contact you for loan processing.
  • You confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
  • False information may result in rejection of your loan request.

4. No Upfront Fees

Creditlink does not charge any upfront fees. If anyone asks you for payment for loan approval, please report it to: contact@creditlink.in.

5. Interest Rates & Charges

All charges such as interest rates, processing fees, pre-closure charges, and penalties are decided by the lender. Creditlink has no control over these fees.

6. Approval & Disbursement

  • Loan approval is not guaranteed.
  • Approval depends on the lender’s eligibility policy and documentation.
  • Creditlink is not responsible for delays caused by the bank or NBFC.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide proper and correct documents.
  • Not misrepresent income or financial status.
  • Repay the loan on time to avoid penalties.

8. Data Privacy

Your submitted information is used only for loan processing and shared only with certified partner banks/NBFCs. We do not sell or misuse your personal data.

9. Limitation of Liability

Creditlink is not responsible for:

  • Loan approval or rejection
  • Processing delays
  • Interest rates or charges applied by the lender
  • Any dispute between the customer and the lender

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party financial institutions. Creditlink is not responsible for their content or policies.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website means you accept the updated terms.
